We have been in business since 1997. Though initially starting out as a technology consulting endeavor, in 2000 we began incorporating Denise's Administrative and Bookkeeping skills in service to various Christian Missionary Organizations. Over the past 3 years, our vision has matured -- realizing that every business needs basically the same core services.

Tracy, CEO, holds a degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University; has been recognized for more than 5 years in various Who's Who organizations for Software Engineering -- one of which was an International recognition (Strathmore's International Who's Who in Information Technology 1999). His passion for Software Engineering combined with his 25 years of experience ranging accross a whole spectrium of roles (VP Development, Software Engineer, Production Support, Quality Assurance) in a variety of industries (oil and gas industy, automotive industry, Medical Systems, Printing Industry and Telecommunications) combine to make him an excellent leader for the McConnell Group's technology services.

Denise, COO, holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT. In addition to her 15 years engineering chemicals for Baxter Pharm. and Eastman Chemical, Denise has always been involved with computers -- starting as in intern with Aspen, Denise helped to create a software package to simulate Chemical Engineering. Additionally, Denise has taught in both a corporate and achedmic setting, as well as served as an administrator in several Christian Ministries.
